Overview
The athletic program is an important part of SVA's academic program, helping to fulfill the school's mission of honoring God by preparing students for a lifetime of service and academic success.
Coaches focus on respect and positive attitudes in combination with skill development, teamwork, and fun.
Students must be in good standing to participate and must pay an athletic fee.

Eligibility
Student-athletes are held to a high standard to be eligible for continued athletic participation. The following participation guidelines apply:
- Student must maintain a 2.0 GPA or above. No student will be eligible to participate if they have a grade lower than a C- listed on their most recent eligibility grade report. No student with any D at the eligibility check is eligible to participate.
- Students must have satisfactory attendance and citizenship, as determined by the attendance and citizenship policies of the school.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in suspension from the team.
Form & Fees
Students who wish to participate in athletic programs must submit a completed (1) Physical and Concussion Form, (2) ACSI Code of Conduct Form,(3) Voluntary Activities Participation Form, and (4) Uniform Order Form and also pay a $75 athletic participation fee per sport.
